Rooted Woman Club is a twelve-month guided journey for the highly capable, overextended woman ready to belong: to her own body, to a genuine community, and to the living, breathing earth. We blend life-giving body habits, story, eco-spirituality, and real sisterhood to help you live the life you know you are meant to be living.
You are holding everything together on the outside, and quietly running on empty on the inside.
The women who find us are successful, deeply caring, and also depleted. Few were taught how to inhabit their skin, listen to the earth, or trust their body's wisdom; they learned to rush, override, and sacrifice. Rooted Woman Club is the nurturing, practical, "life school" they were never given: a place to rebuild from the inside out, alongside other women doing the same work.
Low energy, migraines, poor sleep, sluggish digestion, and a dysregulated nervous system, often soothed with late-night wine, cannabis, or stress-eating, and the guilt that follows.
Life on autopilot inside the rhythm-less rush, holding unprocessed grief, cycling through surface-level wellness fads, and feeling lonely even at home.
Mothers, professionals, and leaders holding household, career, and family together while secretly running on empty.
Those navigating post-divorce, loss of a loved one, change in career, or being the family black sheep, who need a soft, fiercely supportive place to land.
Women who invest in retreats, yoga, and organic food yet still feel exhausted, lonely, and caught in a cycle of stress and secret coping.
Women who long to model true love, rhythmic health, and wild authenticity for their children, knowing they cannot teach what they do not embody.
We were never taught how to inhabit our own skin, or how to listen to the living world. This is where we remember. The Rooted Woman way
Every element of the journey tends one of three threads: the body that carries you, the stories that shape you, and the living world and sisterhood that hold you.
Anchor into one body habit each month to finally learn how to have a body and build circadian rhythm. Improve sleep, release excess weight, ease inflammation, calm the gut, and restore natural energy in the process. The body is the ground of our work.
Enter into the archetypes of Women Who Run With the Wolves, one myth a month, dragging the stories off the page and into the flesh using movement, art, conversation, ritual, and reflection to rewrite inherited and long-held patterns that do not serve you.
Reconnect with the natural world and know your belonging within the tapestry of the living Earth, and a committed circle of women, through guided eco-spiritual practices and a supportive community.
Admission is rolling, so your twelve-month journey begins the day you join. There is no waiting for a cohort, and no catching up to do. You step straight into whatever week the circle is in, and get matched with your accountability partner.
Held to only 23 women a year, so every member gets real attention.
You cannot think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. True transformation begins with how you breathe, sleep, eat, and move.
Your symptoms (migraines, bloating, anxiety) are not mechanical failures. They are the voice of the mythic body speaking in symbol and symptom.
We are not separate from nature; we are wild kin. Healing requires shifting from human-centric isolation into a reciprocal dialogue with our bioregion.
We honor the natural breath of the universe, the cyclic alternation of Inbreath (inner somatic gathering) and Outbreath (creative, wild expression).
Aligning with circadian rhythm, reconnecting with the Wild Woman within, and cultivating relationships of reciprocity with the living world, all with guidance and support. This is the year, in moments.
Rooted Woman Club is a year-long, communal container. It is not a solo sprint, a meal plan, or a quick course.

Rooted Woman Club is a communal container. We heal faster and more joyfully in a group. VIP members also receive monthly one-to-one sessions with Michel.
That is treated as useful information, not failure. We meet you where you are and help you re-root.
You go for a walk after a nourishing supper and wind down with a ritual you love. You wake clear, grateful, and excited for the day ahead. The weight has eased, your thinking is sharp, your energy is steady. Your days, months, and seasons have a life-giving rhythm. You feel rooted, relaxed, and radiant. And you belong: in your body, with your people, and on the land you live on.
