Twelve moons from now you feel rooted, radiant, and rich in community. Through the rhythm of one body habit, one myth, and one nature wander each month, here's how the year unfolds.
On the outside, capable. On the inside, running on fumes: broken sleep, a fog coffee doesn't actually clear, and the drink or late-night snack that takes the edge off and leaves guilt in the morning. You've tried fixing it alone with the organic diet, the gym membership, the course you didn't finish.
This year, you don't do it alone.
"For years, I woke up foggy and feeling behind. On the outside, I appeared full of energy, positivity, and cheer. The truth is my head throbbed every day. My neck and shoulders were tense, and I felt scattered. What changed it wasn't a big overhaul all at once. It was one small daily habit at a time, and a genuine group of women around me who were taking consistent aligned action, too. That's what this year is... and so much more."
— Michel Le Gribble, your guide
Your year is twelve monthly cycles, each moving with the moon in the same four-week arc. There's no start date to wait for: your twelve months begin the day you join, and you pick up the arc in whatever week the circle is in. Nothing to catch up on, because it comes back around next month with a new habit and a new myth.
The month's primal body habit. One ancient practice anchored into your modern life. Short videos for knowledge and inspiration, a tracking system that fits you, and a virtual or in-person gathering to create strategy and receive coaching.
The month's myth from Women Who Run With the Wolves. Gather with us virtually or in-person to unpack the symbols, locate yourself in the story, and then move the story off the page and into the body through movement, breath, song, art, writing, and more.
Your solo Nature Wander, guided by a monthly prompt and a simple four-part practice. You cross a threshold, slow down, and listen to the living land where you live, then bring what you experienced back to the circle virtually or in-person.
Integration. We gather to share progress and lessons learned, keep refining the habit, and reflect on the myth and the wander together, as a circle.
Like everything in the club, our gathering times shift with the seasons. Current times are always posted in the Hearth.
What it asks of you: about two hours a week for live gatherings & learning, a few minutes a day to track your habits, a 60–90 minute Nature Wander once a month, and regular check-ins with your Accountability Sister. Miss a live session? Every one is recorded and posted within 24 hours.
You arrive tired. Maybe foggy, probably inflamed, maybe running on coffee and high-quality convenience food, maybe turning down invitations because there's nothing left to show up with. That's exactly where most women start. In your first 30 days you'll:
It's not overwhelming. It's really very underwhelming. That's on purpose.
By now you've stacked several months of primal habits, moved several myths through your body, walked multiple nature wanders, and come through at least one seasonal reset. You and your Accountability Sister are connecting at least twice a month. You know you belong here. And you're starting to see real progress toward your goals: feeling better in your physical body, more grounded emotionally, clearer in your mind, and more connected spiritually. And the people closest to you are starting to notice. Someone asks what you've been doing differently, and you realize it shows.
You'll also have had weeks where the thread slipped. Everyone does. We don't treat that as failure; it's information, and we use it to get more specific about your next step.
There's no failure. There's just information.
Twelve habits. Twelve myths. Twelve wanders. Four seasonal resets. Here's what we're working toward together: you close your kitchen early and wind down with a ritual you love. You wake up grateful, with energy that holds steady through the day. You feel comfortable, confident, and clear in your physical body. Your days, months, and seasons have rhythm. And you belong — in your body, with your people, and on the land you live on.
You're no longer just getting through the day. You're living aligned with your purpose, and you're on the road to a life beyond your wildest dreams.
Membership doesn't renew automatically. As your year closes, you choose whether to re-enroll. For women who continue into a second year, there's room to step into leading something within the circle.
The club keeps growing, too. Rooted Woman Club is always refining and growing, just like the women in it. More in-person gatherings and new opportunities are on the way, and they're announced in the Hearth as they're scheduled.
"At the beginning of my year with Michel Le and our circle of women, I had very poor self-care strategies and habits. A year later, I have made changes to my work and personal schedule to better ensure that I am caring for myself so that I can better care for others. Being part of a community of evolution provides so much support and encouragement to make the changes needed for better health and well-being."Elizabeth S.Completed a 12-month program with Michel Le
For the woman who wants the circle and closer, personal guidance through her year. VIP is application only and limited to three women.
A 75-minute 1:1 session each month where we get specific about your body habits, build a strategy around your real life, and work that strategy together, adjusting as we go.
A 75-minute 1:1 session each month where the living world joins the conversation. Together we listen for what the land, the creatures, your dreams, and the season are stirring in you, tend what's ready to be felt, and discern what's calling you next.
Once a season, I come to your home for hands-on support wherever you need it most: Ayurvedic meal prep, organizing a space, yoga therapy, or weaving your rhythms into your actual home and schedule.
Twelve Habit Optimization sessions, twelve Eco-Spiritual Direction sessions, and four In-Home Visits across your year.
A year from now, you'll be a year further along either way. The honest question is what it will cost you if nothing changes.
Admission is rolling, and the circle only holds 23 women. If you're ready to talk about whether this is your year, or about applying for VIP, schedule a Rooted Woman Session.
